· Undergoing studies on the Dynamic Response of Aluminum and Steel cylindrical Shells by Acoustic excitation.

· System is setup in a reverberation chamber, and analysis is done using Bruel&Kjaer Pulse Multi-Analyzer System Type 3560C.

· Numerically modeled and analyzed the experiment in different commercial software- ANSYS, ABAQUS and MSC/Nastran and Patran for comparison.

· The experimental results are validating the numerical results.

· Aim of the research is analyzing the behavior (coupled frequency, modal analysis, pressure levels, ring and critical frequency, transmission loss, damping) of the thin-walled shells when it is coupled with fluids. 

· Research focuses on analyzing the weak coupling as in air and the contribution of coupling to circumferential and axial modes and when the frequency of the structure comes very close to the longitudinal mode of fluid in the tube.

· Defining a coefficient to predicting the coupled frequency of the cylindrical shells with the fluid based on the natural frequency of the structure.

·Trained the students and coordinated the projects on 3d-printers and solid works.

·Lab also deals with the Mat lab and Simulink concepts to solve Lego mind storm robot problems, Design Game for the construction of structures.

·Company headed to provide solar powered irrigation system funded by Indian Govt.

·My responsibility was surveying, commissioning and overseeing the installation of systems at the client site.

·Performed on-site surveys to plan efficiently, and installed panels and light tracking systems to these sites in a timely manner.

·My responsibility also included managing the material procurement and equipment logistics.

·Contributed to the renewable energy usage by providing as many as 200 farmers with solar powered irrigation pump set for their bore well, where the solar energy is utilized to drive the submersible pump to lift water for irrigation.

 

Summer Internship | Hindustan Aeronautics Limited

A comprehensive study on Light Combat Aircraft - TEJAS.

Studied the aircraft structural design, manufacturing process, assembly and aerodynamic configuration, propulsion system.

Gained knowledge about avionics and flight control systems and the emphasis on reducing the weight by using the composite materials.   Got to know the functions of the individual components in the aircraft system.

An exciting experience to work with and feel the military class vehicles, their complicated systems, and high-end technologies.
